About the Owners

Gary has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 1991 and currently has his Indiana Real Estate license in referral status with Carpenter Realtors. He has helped many homeowners as well as property investors buy and sell houses all over central Indiana. He has 2 years of formal residential property construction training as well as many years working for homeowners and investors with their property repairs and renovation needs.

Erik has several years experience in residential property services including plumbing and HVAC with a major local service company. He is EPA certified for HVAC services.
