When you hire Moer Residential Property Services, we can take care of your repair needs all the way from the foundation to the roof. The owners of the company will be the ones who you see working on your project.
There are only a few areas that we will contract with other companies to do the work but you will still see us on the job site and we will direct the sub-contractor, not you.
For Investors
While working as a real estate agent, Gary helped many investors purchase investment properties both for re-sale and as rental income.
In recent years, most of these properties were in need of some repairs and renovations. Gary contracted with several of these investors to help them get their renovations done within a budget that would allow them to remain profitable with their investment.
For small to medium sized projects, we will be the only contractor on the job but for larger projects, we have alliances with other specialty contractors that we employ to make sure your job is completed on time and on budget.
